If you haven't already, join our server using the invite below — the role only gets applied once you're a member.
Get your Customer role
Within a minute of completing the link, our Discord bot assigns the Customer role automatically. No manual approval needed.

Common issues
I bought something but never saw the Discord link prompt+
No worries — open your Tebex customer area, find the order under "My Orders" and click "Connect Discord". The same flow runs from there.
I joined Discord after I bought — how do I trigger the role?+
Open your Tebex customer area, find the most recent order, and re-trigger the Discord connection. The bot will detect you're now in the server and assign the role.
I lost my role / left and rejoined the server+
Roles are tied to your Discord ID, not just your membership. Re-trigger the link from the Tebex customer area and the bot will re-apply the role.
I get the role but it doesn't show up in chat+
Discord caches role state. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+R), restart the Discord app, or ping us in #support — we can manually verify the assignment.
