How do I download a script after purchase?+

Open your Tebex customer area, go to "Downloads" and grab the latest .zip. The link in the receipt email also works for 30 days.

Do scripts require ESX or QBCore?+

It depends on the package. Each product page lists the framework: "ESX", "QBCore", "ESX/QBCORE" (works with both) or "STANDALONE" (no framework needed). Check the badge on the product image.

Are scripts protected / escrowed?+

Yes — all paid scripts run on the official FiveM Asset Escrow system. They're tied to your Cfx.re account and can't be redistributed.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds are handled directly through Tebex per their refund policy. Open a ticket in our Discord first so we can try to resolve any installation issue.

What's the difference between subscription and one-time purchase?+

One-time products are yours forever. Subscriptions (e.g. HEX FINAL SYNC) include continuous backend infrastructure and bill monthly via Tebex — cancellable any time.

Do you take custom development requests?+

Yes — see the "Custom Creation" card in the store. Typical turnaround is 4–10 days depending on scope, with 1-on-1 support throughout.
